A low-cost, local and continual source of renewable energy

The problem

We need to decarbonise our energy system, but the current options are not up to the challenge:

Over 70% of global carbon emissions come from burning fossil fuel for energy

If we are to achieve net-zero carbon emissions, we need to electrify most aspects of industry, commerce, transportation and domestic life, and generate the electricity required from renewable sources. There are three specific challenges standing in the way:

1. Production

The current key renewables – wind and solar – are highly intermittent. They therefore require energy storage technology that is still not available at scale. Post-Fukushima, nuclear is on the decline.

2. Transmission

The transmission of electricity over large distances presents significant cost and technological challenges. Current grid infrastructure will not cope with the jump in demand as we switch to electricity as our primary source of power. Massive investment will be needed, which will inflate prices.

3. Resources

The current drive for renewables is creating an uneven distribution of energy generation technology, both nationally and globally. As this process accelerates, it will throw up a range of political and equity challenges relating to the ownership and control of energy production.

The solution

Introducing the SIM Generator

A revolutionary new class of renewable energy device that will produce continuous green electricity.

Uses atmospheric pressure as its fuel source.

Employs a combination of buoyancy, gravity and pressure in a unique, patent-protected configuration to pump water that turns a turbine.

Workable

Continuous Production

The SIM generator’s output is not subject to weather or light conditions, removing the requirement for expensive and inefficient storage solutions.

Local

Installed at the point of use, ‘behind’ the meter, the SIM generator provides grid independence and removes the challenges of long-distance energy transmission.

Universal

The SIM generator works anywhere and can be used with existing electric heating, lighting and power systems. This gives everyone equal access to renewable energy, regardless of their location.

Scalable

Domestic

Designed to produce enough electricity to satisfy all
of an average home’s energy needs. Suitable for single homes, community energy schemes, new builds and retro-fits. Will reduce costs and help drive down fuel poverty.

Commercial

Could produce power at a larger scale to service the electricity needs of commercial premises. Will reduce costs and help businesses increase profits, or allow them to pass on savings to their customers.

Industrial

Could be fully scaled up to service the significant power needs of manufacturing plants. Has the potential to be used for large-scale power production, reducing the need for traditional power stations. Will provide investors with a good rate of return.
